
"At NCH Promotional Services de Mexico we have been working with PRISMA for over 12 years. We initially started with the Payroll and Human Resources System in 2003. Our expectations during the installation, training and implementation were easily exceeded by the PRISMA Team, resulting in a successful and transparent system transition, where we always received the support that allowed us to complete the migration without incidents for our more than 2,000 associates in three plants located in three different cities.
Later, based on the continuous support from PRISMA, we decided to acquire the Global Trade XXI Customs Solution, confirming again the quality of the products and their excellent service. Finally, we made the decision to install the FAAS solution for Finance and Accounting. Currently, we work very closely with the PRISMA support team and receive timely updates that meet the new government regulations. We also recognize the availability of PRISMA to work on Special Projects of our Corporation in Payroll, Customs and the Finance areas.
