For optimal performance, PRISMA’s software solutions require updated versions of two operating systems, (Windows & Windows Server) and MS SQL Server. 

Please ensure versions of this software continue to be supported by Microsoft, and that all updated patches are applied. 

Please note that support for MS Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL Server 2012 have expired from Microsoft. 

We recommend that Database Administration staff (DBA team) make daily backups of your database and that timely maintenance is performed for both the server and database.
